      Montesol Experimental Ibiza opened in 1933 as the first hotel on the island and occupies a neo-colonial building in the center of Ibiza Town. The property sits on Passeig de Vara de Rey, steps from the Ibiza Harbour and a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal to Formentera. Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with Ibiza Castle and the Cathedral of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves, is within walking distance.
